This controller is an Ethernet-based dual-loop PID controller, integrating a fully designed dual-loop PID algorithm to simultaneously manage two independent control loops for precise industrial process control. Each PID loop includes three analog inputs, one analog output, one digital input, and one digital warning output, supporting various analog input/output ranges (0–10 VDC, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA) suitable for controlling various industrial parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow. The module supports heating/cooling behavior modes (forward/reverse control), allows flexible configuration of PID loop enable/disable states, and provides a manual analog output control mode. A built-in watchdog timer and web server facilitate remote monitoring, system configuration, and fault recovery.
