The Ethernet-based 4-slot distributed data acquisition and control system is a high-performance, modular industrial-grade remote I/O control platform. Utilizing an ARM 32-bit RISC processor architecture, it boasts superior computing power and network communication performance. The system features a built-in 10/100 Base-T auto-detection Ethernet port, supports Modbus/TCP protocols and UDP event handling mechanisms, enabling stable and efficient remote monitoring and data acquisition. The device provides four modular I/O slots (expandable to an 8-slot model), supporting up to 64-128 data points and allowing concurrent access from up to eight host PCs. It features 1500 VDC network isolation protection and a built-in watchdog timer to ensure continuous and stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
